• Building Entrance: The main entrance features a street-level, step-free entry. The doors are equipped with automatic push-button operators for easy access.

• Elevator Access: There is full elevator access from the main lobby directly to the 3rd floor.

• Accessible Washrooms: There are universal, wheelchair-accessible washrooms located on every floor of the building, including the 3rd floor. These feature grab bars, lever-handled faucets, and adequate turning space.

• Transit & Arrival:

  • Public Transit: The building is highly accessible via transit, located a short distance from the Olympic Village SkyTrain Station (Canada Line) and major bus routes along West 2nd and Main Street.

  • Parking: Paid parking outside and around the area.

• Interior Features: The hallways are wide and the unit entrance is designed to accommodate mobility devices. The space features level flooring throughout (no interior steps).
