Dharma Yoga

Dharma Yoga is a graceful, yet challenging form of yoga passed down by Sri Dharma Mittra. The practice is appropriate for students of all levels, from the beginners to the lifelong practitioners. It’s a practice that encourages each individual to challenge yourself to go deeper, not just physically but spiritually.

Qi Yoga

This practice exercises the physical body but also works the internal body (pranic/energy body). Learn to harness the internal energies with simple but powerful postures. Explore the intertwined roots of Shaolin Martial Arts and Yoga. Work to synchronize the breath with movement. Combines the fluidity of Tai Chi, the internal and mental practices of qi gong and the powerful postures in Yoga. Work to find the balance between strength and flexibility, freedom and boundaries. The practice is simple but emphasizes on cultivating internal strength. Builds heat to flush the body of impurities.

Shaolin Tai Chi

No experience required. This class works on Tai Chi foundations. Practice universal stances, forms and movements of Tai Chi. Learn to lead movements through the core of the body, building core and leg stability. This practice builds flexibility, strength, discipline, and concentration.

Shaolin Qi Gong (Ba Duan Jin)

No experience required. This class includes fitness and stamina training followed by qi gong movements. Practice universal stances, forms and movements from the traditional Shaolin Martial Arts practice. This practice builds flexibility, strength, discipline, and concentration. This practice combines the physical (external) practice with the energetic (internal) practice. This practice is often designated as medical qi gong to improve health and longevity. Baduanjin was and is still currently practiced by Kung fu practitioners to supplement their training.
