Patricia is a Dharma yoga, Qi Gong, and Tai Chi instructor. She has been teaching since 2014, sharing the knowledge she has received from all her teachers. You can expect her offerings to be rooted in Ahimsa (non-violence) while drawing techniques from different modalities.

Patricia’s classes represent her ongoing journey of self-discovery. Her classes celebrate the knowledge of every Guru, Master, and teacher she learned from. Every practice is filled with intention and mindfulness and works the body from the outside in.

Patricia believes that constant practice, in any activity, is essential for growth.

“Every time we step into our practice it is a new opportunity for self-knowledge and growth, so that what may seem ‘impossible’ becomes possible because over time our hearts will learn to say yes to possibility. If you can't do a pose or movement it is only because you haven't discovered ‘your’ way there yet, every person has a different journey. The practice is all about the journey and not about the result.”

When Patricia is not practicing you can find her cooking, crafting, and working for Give Cures (a non-profit dedicated to her son with Muscular Dystrophy

).
