The practice is simple but emphasizes on cultivating intonal strength. Builds heat to flush the body of impurities.
Shaolin Tai Chi
No experience required. This class works on Tai Chi foundations. Practice universal stances, forms and movements of Tai Chi. Learn to lead movements through the core of the body, building core and leg stability. This practice builds flexibility, strength, discipline, and concentration.
